READMEの内容を更新し、プロンプト関連の新しいキャラクターシート（白鴉、黒梟、澪）を追加。バイナリファイル.DS_Storeの削除と更新を行い、制約ライブラリに注釈を追加。新しいシーン「bunker」を追加し、タスクテンプレートを整理。
